500 cals per day?
What do you eat? I've gained over ten lbs since starting college last year, and it's not helping that I do homework 5 hours of the day, aside from working!! The gain came mostly from a snowboarding accident (knocked out cold and misaligned my vertabrae) and it's finally time to hit the gym. Summer is too soon. I'm really nervous. I'm sure you guys are too.
I used to be a 1(24) and now I'm a 5 (28), please help me without making me sick!! I need you guys. Food info...macrobiotic diets? Extra cardio? Special tea?
